Pre-Conference Workshop Guidelines :

Date: 07 January 2026
Eligibility: Conference registration is mandatory; standalone workshop registration is not permitted.
Capacity: 40 seats per topic (limited availability).
Topic Selection Rules:

If Topic 1 is selected, Topic 2 and Topic 3 cannot be registered.
If Topic 2 or Topic 3 is selected, Topic 1 cannot be registered.
Delegates may register for both Topic 2 and Topic 3 together, or choose only one of them.

Note :- Registration fee Inclusive of GST @18%

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of your conference registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at registration@iaohoccucon2026.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.

PLEASE NOTE:

Registration is non-transferable to any attendee
Cancellations upto 15th Nov, 2025: 50% + GST deducted
Cancellations post 15th Nov, 2025: No refund
All refunds will be provided by cheque post 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates including accompanying persons.
Children less than 5 years: to be registered for logistic/security reasons (no registration charges involved).
PG students should submit the bona-fide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with the registration form.
Registration is non-transferable under any circumstances.
All remittance/bank charges/online transaction charges should be paid by the delegate.
GST is subject to change as and when applicable.
GST amount is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates for security reasons to enter the conference venue.
To collect the delegate kit bag, the delegate has to present the delegate badge & it would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
For spot registrations, the delegate kit will be provided subject to availability.
In case of the event being rescheduled, no cancellation fee will be charged on the gross amount (excluding GST & card payment charges) if the dates are not convenient for the delegate.
Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event.
Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure to deliver by post or failure of electronic communication.
